Those are actually Nike Vxt... worth $60 to $80 new. I just got a pair for $6 at my local thrift shop, cleaned and repainted them to look less "dad shoe" like and should make a nice profit

I know you probably know this but I watch channels where they buy storage units and I want to say always wear glove. You never know what you will find in them. One channel I watch is What the Hales, they are a good one to watch. Anyway He always says you will almost always find adult things and or drugs/drug items so be careful. They also say to look in every pocket, shoe, boot, envelope, bible everything. They find a lot of money/jewelry that way. Anyway good luck treasure hunting and prayers for a healthy baby and momma.
Beekman 1802 is a good brand of soaps, moisturizers etc. that are pricey. They are made from goats milk and located in the state of New York. I order them and love them!
Irish wool sweaters are very expensive! Don't give it to Goodwill!. Have it cleaned and put it up on ebay. You really need to use gloves so you can go thru pockets and stuff. I once found a 50 dollar bill in a skirt that was in a bag full of clothes I was given. Clean up the bike some! Did you give back the yearbook?
Got the harness, karate outfit and the camping stuff. So hes a building climbing ninja who goes camping on the weekends. You better watchout next time your in the woods or on the side of a building.

Few years back me and my dad saw a clearance at Lowe's on hand held tools likes little electrical Sanders and little items like that five bucks a piece me and my dad bought them all didn't say so many per customer for five bucks a piece couldn't pass it up make great Christmas presents. We bought 16 hand sanders & 14 ten piece set drill sets , 9 laser measuring tapes
I would just throw that M-Tech knife in your pocket. They are really great knives, but $15 average retail. I have about 100+ of various knives, and no shame in any brand if they look well and work great!
I find it so odd that people pay to store mostly junk like that. That can't be cheap. As a lifelong organizer, I found it difficult to see the chaos there. Like no organization at all... and so much clothing/underwear. 😳 It cracks me up how playful you are with your parents. 😂
