Since I'm finally wearing a silky textured crochet style, I thought I'd do an updated maintenance routine! Have you ever tried these products? Let me know down below!

Quick update ladies, I wore this hair in Bali and it held up great in pool water. I did not do ocean or beach water but the curls popped right back into place after pool swimming and the recommended Cantù spray!
@tiggyb.3170 - How quickly did it dry after you got out of the pool?
I started using the Cantu shine mist and you are right it does make a big difference 👍🏽

I had mixed Care Free Curl activator (Jerry curl juice)with water and the curls always bounced back with a silky feel to them and no tangles. Just another maintenance tip.

Very very nice. I like it. Thank you for showing us how to maintain. Because i was using mousse and it was okay wasn't so sticky but it started to tangle. But it lasted a month. But i will definitely try your method about to put a whole new set in. Wish me luck.

Do you wash these silky ones too before installing?
This hair wasnt good at all in the water to me...i wore this hair in Cabo and i went snorkeling after that it was done i had to make do but i was very disappointed and took it out soon as i got home 🤦🏾. Its beautiful but i still just prefer a more kinky texture like the freestress ringlet wand curl cuz its low maintenance...20 inches was to long for me too i had to cut mine down to like a 18in...wtbs it looks so beautiful on u 😍
Did you try a water/conditioner mix or the Cantu spray plus a retailer after swimming? I think that would’ve helped greatly. And, yessss it’s super long, but that’s one of my favorite things about it 😂 and thank you hun🤗
Well i washed it and condition it real good cuz the water seem extremely salty and i dont kno if it was because we was out all day or what but the curl fell and just seemed crunchy and a lil frizzy after that. Plus it was still on the silkier side to me.

When you spray aloe Vera water on your scalp does it make your scalp smell wet?
I’m definitely looking into getting this for my vacation next month but do you do the oil, spray and cantu every night before twisting or like every other day?
2-3 times per week, as needed. Twist nightly!
