It is there in almost all dishes and we have special knife to break them open as well as special apparatus to extract coconut shavings. My mom can break a coconut into symmetrical halves in one hit. You struggling with the coconut left me amusing :)😊
I made one layer of this cake (since I'm really no professional) and replaced the brown sugar with crushed lotus caramelised biscuits. Everyone loved it! Thank you!
