That's the PIN number 6 digits enclosed it is a default PIN set by the bank

Bank account is given to you by the bank , you cannot create it. You only need to activate the bank card with the PIN sent together to you.

It is too late. For work permit holder, you might have to head down to Kaki Bukit that branch that serve foreign worker. However, you can try the neighbouring branch to see if they can help you

Sadly, I do not have a sample with me as I have dumped it away.
I can only describe it to you, it is a sealed letter that u need to tear open to see the PIN enclosed within.
If you did not get it, you can ring the bank up for them to send again.
