Sir I have a doubt that is, the next level replication , I mean further replication is takes place by newly formed dna ( leading and lagging strands) or by parental dna strands ( which already produced the doughter dna strands)? Sir please reply me. I don't know if it is the correct question or not. But I'm very curious about it.🙏🙏
@@SunilKumaraddabiology Thank you very much sir. You cleared all my doubts. But our college lecturer not respond for this. Thanks for your response sir. 😀😀🙏🙏 Keep rocking 🔥🔥 God bless you sir.
A primer must be synthesized by an enzyme called primase, which is a type of RNApolymerase, before DNA replication can occur. The synthesis of a primer is necessarybecause the enzymes that synthesize DNA, which are called DNA polymerases, can only attach new DNA nucleotides to an existing strand of nucleotides.

Isn't this DNA replication in prokaryotes and not Eukaryotes? The enzymes and steps are same as prokaryotic replication, however in Eukaryotes different enzymes like DNA polymerase alpha beta Gamma etc are used

Is prokaryotic and eukaryotic dna replication occurres in same method🤔🤔🤔.......plz reply..I have doubt on it
Most of the steps are same
Only difference is in model of replication

Why lagging strand is discontinuous?
Because it is not synthesized continuously
