These are fantastic picks, I was really hoping for my investments this year, but all my plans have been disoriented, I've been studying the stock market and I realized some investors made a fortune from the recent crashes and I wondered if such success rate could be achieved in this present market. and the Federal Reserve taking a more hawkish approach to interest rates.

The market always bounces back. Trust the companies you own, then don’t panic when they fall. In fact, when others panic, be greedy. When others are greedy, panic.

I grew to a 7 figure well-diversified portfolio just by following Trisha Jean Webb's recommendations. I buy quality firms, anticipate to hold them regardless of what happens, pay up but not too much, keep track, sell only when necessary, and be ready to course correct. also ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.

Anyone concerned about Qualcomm "losing" Apple as a customer is possibly overlooking the fact that Qualcomm own A LOT of wireless mobile communications (4G, 5G, etc.) patents, so will still be raking in royalties from Apple even after Apple move to their own silicon. Yes, Qualcomm's revenues will take a hit, but not to the extent that some are expecting.

I have been following your channel since 2020. I generally agree with your approach. (I do the same myself)
HOWEVER, it is almost certain for me that you guys make ULTRA CONSERVATIVE assumptions in your DCF calculations.
I mean, 15% discount rates are really hard. Many investors use a discount rate of 7%-11%.
You end-up with a target price that is near impossible!
Since 2020, a lot of stocks which you guys analyzed with 14%-15% discount rates never achieved the target prices.
However, they did achieve the target prices had you used 10%-12% discount rates. (which I used, and consequently made lots of money).
Had I used your level of conservative assumptions, I would have been sitting on the side lines (almost all the time).

china is main customer as china builds a lot of phones. so if phone production moves, so will qualcomms revenue. also interesting: they purchased nuvia founded by 3 senior apple engineers in order to compete with apples M chip series. They are the only chip manufacturer looking into arm based non-apple laptop chips. the old x86 based architecture chips (intel, amd) won't be able to compete when it comes to low powerage SOCs for technical reasons.

Depends what you mean by "Chinese stock". Taking your post as a whole, it seems like you mean "stock of a company based in China", which is what most people would mean by that phrase. In which case, that is not correct. Qualcomm is an American multinational corporation headquartered in San Diego, California, and incorporated in Delaware.

Great idea guys to look at QCOM! Thanks, I’ve been overlooking it. Their partnership with Samsung seems like a huge positive. I don’t think it’s possible for Americans to invest in Samsung directly(a significant rival to iPhone), but Perhaps QCOM could finally be the way to reap the growth of Samsung on top of Apple - thus benefiting from both of the smartphone behemoths.
