it depends if they rebuilt it right, I know that for 2 strokes you have to accurately measure the cylinder because their were (for example my ktm) 3 different size pistons and the only way you can tell what type of piston to use is to accurately measure the cylinder. I dont mind buying bikes that happen to need a engine repair because I have rebuilt a few over the years and had 0 problems and they all run great. My most recent purchace was a crf450r 2010 and it needed a new piston, rings, pin, and cylinder. but i bought it for 2200 and it was 15 min drive from the house and that was the only thing I had to do to it.
+The Bear This was the first time, But from the looks of it the bike was not ridden hard, I could still see parts of the crosshatching that is on the cylinder from the factory. It had 270 hours on it. I will probably replace it after 100 hours on it.
+Pony Down 418 I was reading and most of the ktm enduro bikes usualy have a larger rake which makes the bike more stable at high speeds but less turning angle, The motocross bikes have the opposite. I might just take off the top support and see how it is.
Should I even bother buying a rebuilt ktm 2stroke ?

After how many hours are you doing a top end normally? Or was it the first time?

Just dirt bikes damn the guy who had it before you wasn't stressed about his bike blowing up.😂
I wouldn't have thought you should get radiator coolant on your skin
I had the same problem with my rad guards. I ended up buying uni biker ones to fix the problem.

Just dirt bikes - yea that makes sense. Plus it would be a cheaper option. Good luck!
Most of your video has nothing to do with a top end rebuild.
This is part 1, i have 3 other parts
