We misings have our own culture, ethics, religion belief, language etc etc... Even after following different religions, we still have faith in 'donyi-po:lo" (sun and moon). This religion can be seen mostly among the tribes of Arunachal, like Nyishi(Dafla), Adi (abor), apa-tani, galo, Tagin and misings (plain miri) of Assam. Infact we do have some similarities in our dialects. (Adi and misings dialects are 90% similar). Thank you sir for visiting Assam and experiencing our cousin. Vikas Khanna explored the various cuisines of North-east India as well as Gordon Ramsey who has tried to explore almost most of the cuisines of the world (it's not possible for a human to explore each and every cuisine prevalent in the world as some cuisine are very local and region specific)
There is more dishes in Bodo tribe so please come back to Assam Bodoland I will explore you more Bodo dishes and u must fall in love to taste more Bodo dishes!!

Bodo Thalis are unique and their dishes are very very delicious......The Bodo community peoples are very very simple and straight forward........They are very patriotic and want to keep alive their culture and language......
I wish we get access to more regional cuisine based restaurants, rather than the same old fare like north Indian/Punjabi restaurants. The volume of diversity in regional cuisine is mind blowing! Kudos to the chef for highlighting regional cuisine.
