Kunal is probably the only well known chef who has actually tried to throw some light on all kinds of cuisines. Indian is so diverse in so many ways and I am so happy to see him covering my region 😊
He is great but other indian chefs have explored as well maybe you are unaware. Vikas Khanna explored the various cuisines of North-east India as well as Gordon Ramsey who has tried to explore almost most of the cuisines of the world (it's not possible for a human to explore each and every cuisine prevalent in the world as some cuisine are very local and region specific)
We misings have our own culture, ethics, religion belief, language etc etc... Even after following different religions, we still have faith in 'donyi-po:lo" (sun and moon). This religion can be seen mostly among the tribes of Arunachal, like Nyishi(Dafla), Adi (abor), apa-tani, galo, Tagin and misings (plain miri) of Assam. Infact we do have some similarities in our dialects. (Adi and misings dialects are 90% similar). Thank you sir for visiting Assam and experiencing our cousin. @@Prerna-s3t yes we are of same clan. Btw thankyou for reminding me 🙏. It can be resemble through our same religion belief i.e donyi-po:lo and most importantly through the folk song "jajin ja" which is similar with the folk song of Nyishi and apa-tanis.
