Warzone is something that got me through corona it’s amazing to see how far the game has gotten. Just sucks that the game is slowly and slowly going down the drain. Made lots of memories from this game and I’m happy to see how far it has gone

Info because I actually know this: animated shows and movies tend to record the voice actors speaking their lines first, and then animating it to get good character actions and reactions to dialogue. Voice actor read the script, can give out different intonations, and the studio can decide which one they want to use.
Sources: various DVDs with special features, and many documentaries. I can name monsters Inc and the cat returns off the top of my head

1:18 to my knowledge, they let the voice actor look at mood boards etc. to get a feel for the game, and then they change the mouth movements for each voiceline to match the voice actor's delivery. I'm no expert in the field but that's how I thought they did it.
