You can get Source Filmmaker 2 for free by downloading Dota 2 on steam and getting the Dota 2 Workshop Tools DLC that goes with it (the original Source Filmmaker can also be found as a standalone program on steam). Sony Vegas is a pay-to-use software though.
Really good animation and it's pretty funny too. But it's a bit unfortunate that a lot of people did the 'Techies' punchline in this year's submissions. But I enjoyed it nonetheless!
ghost sceptre doesn't work against techies either. Sure you ghost sceptre. But then he doesn't trigger the bombs. And being ghosted you can't hit his buildings so it's pointless. Then your ghost runs out... and he presses the button...
