I had the 3090 of the previous generation. Absolutely hate it; the thing makes such an insane amount of noice and heats so quickly. I ordered the INNO3D GeForce RTX 4090 X3 OC last week. 3090 is beyond waranty anyway. I tried everything, but apparantly it's just a card that makes a lot of noice and runs insanely hot.

pretty dissapointed with the box content. like my inno 3d 2060super Ichill x3 ultra had so much more in the box that really made it feel premium, this box content looks more like my budget 1650. like why do they cheap out so much on a card thats 2.5k lol while the 400 euro card has a bunch of stuff in it.
@@ashupashu5559 nah, it 100% is them being greedy on a card thats 2k if not more, while just a few years ago a 400 euro card was shipped as a high end luxury product, not like a bargain bin gpu such as a GT730 or something. Its just sad and dissapointing really. it makes the experience a lot worse, while also costing a lot more.
@@87Aequitas and when spending 2k you want both, Inno3d did this for ever until rtx 3000 series. Gtx 780(ti), 980(ti) etc all had it. I know because I have a 780 and 980ti that both have it and make this look just sad.
its a real shame, that the 4090 is the only ichill version, that has rgb a the fan side of the shroud. even the 4080, just has a metal cover there instead of rgb. since my card would be mounted vertically, its a loss.
If you have a 240hz 4K monitor it'll be DSC Display Stream Compression so DP1.4 will cover that. 1.4(a) basically improves HDR e.t.c via the same compression. Keep in mind bit rate, hdr e.t.c. all affect he transfer rate of the cables can handle so when they are lower you can get a few more FPS/HZ through them.

@@AngryTizzy Unless you're doing some competitive overclocking, it's hardly ever worth it, it's 5% gain for extra 50w of power or so, but yeah if you use the x4 you'll get more power, each pin adds 150w, and you get 75w from the PCIe slot so with x3 you're limited to (150x3+75) and with x4 you have (150x4+75), so 3 is more than enough.
