The pool is a really rewarding treat after a long dry hike - I guess at the deepest part it's probably 3m to the bottom.
derpfrog it’s glacier cold , that water is freezing cold !!!! I can tell you that much .

Allen Clemente It takes about 4-5 hours to reach the top, and about the same length of time to come down. You make most of your km's in the first hour, as it's mostly flat, but then the climb starts. So you're looking at a full-day 10+ hour trip.
Is it not marked for some of the trail towards the end?
The area towards the end does have spray-painted marker spots on the rock face, but it's quite open so it's pretty easy to figure out which way to go.
