This is certainly a place for south Indians. The staff attends you only if you speak some south Indian language otherwise you can keep standiing. I asked 5 times if there was some representative available. They would just call each other. I have been customer eversince Malabar Gold opened in Qatar but my experience especially of D ring road branch is bad. The stone of the bangle keeps falling and the team wants me to keep getting it repaired since there is life time free service. What logic is that. I wear for two days and the stone comes out then I give for repair wear for two more days the stone falls again. So the company expects me to repair it every month since the repair is free?

All outlets making charges very highly, now they are saying uae made and Singapore made, its a drama, Now all works are computerised and machine works, so that is a big fault in Malabar gold and diamond shops
