I’ve only known of a couple of steamers is 5” that have been radio controlled, 3 1/2 need a bit too much attention to control remotely, unless they were to be gas fired.

Slightly off subject, but there are some very nice photos of the full size 70010 to view on t'internet.
So, do people make these RC controllable? I feel like that's the dream.

There are a fair few electric locos that have been fitted with RC though.
Mmm. That's kinda a good thing though. If it needs attention, I mean. Makes it real, y'know?
