I love that you noticed the cans. It's one of my favorite fun facts. Basically, back in the day most cans in the US had the ridges near the top. But then companies were looking to reduce the amount of materials used (both for cost and environmental reasons) so they redesigned the cans to have the smoother tops. However, it was not effective (cost or environmentally) to ship the new machines that produce the new cans to Hawaii, so Hawaii still has the old ridged design for their cans.
Next time you guys go to Aulani you have to explore more of the island. There is so much to see and do. We lived there for three years and there is still so much we didn’t see/do. We will be back there though, my daughter was born there.
The reason for the cans: almost all drink manufacturers either ship their concentrate and have it canned there, or completely manufactured there, to save cost. Because of that, they use a common cannery, which produces the ridged cans.
These have been keeping me sane!! I’ve been in the hospital at 15 weeks pregnant on bedrest and waiting for these have been something I look forward too! Thank you Tracker family!!
It makes me so happy when I get home after a crappy day and see an upload from Tim, Jenn & Jackson!! Smash it every time from start to finish!! x cheers
This was such a lovely vlog. Tim’s snorkelling excursion looked amazing with the Dolphins and Whales. Jackson always makes me smile in your vlogs I just love how he seems to enjoy everything you do. And he is such a cute dancer. Thank you for sharing and making me smile. 💖🤗🥰xxx
My baby boy is turning 27 this year. He was Jackson's age the first time I took him to Hawaii. So much about your little one reminds me of all my wonderful memories of our vacations when he was little. Thank you for sharing....
Tim! I did not realize you had Hei Hei and Pua on your feet! I knew you had the tattoos on your feet. I remember when you got them! I just did not realize it was Pua and Hei Hei specifically! I love that! I also loved that you made a point to show Moana your tribute to cute Hawaiian (or Polynesian not Hawaii specific) creatures! Speaking of cute Hawaiian creatures…to this day I LIVE for Jackson’s happy dance. I swear he still does a happy dance when he eats something he likes!!! 😍 🌺 🏝 🌞
Oh my gosh - that dolphin-watching was FABULOUS - so MANY of them!!! And whales, sea turtles, and so many other species - totally awesome! I loved watching it, thank you for sharing that with us! That price doesn't seem that bad to me, although I really don't know prices. Great job on the ears, Jenn, and glad you and Jackson enjoyed doing that together! LOVE me a dancing Jackson!!! That scavenger hunt thing was cool too, and Jackson really seemed to enjoy it. Socially distanced hugs to the 3 of you from New Jersey. Stay strong, stay positive, stay healthy!
@@elaineodwyer5455 Oh don't worry about the massages, Jenn already had one on this trip. She mentioned it but didn't film it. I will say though that craft time with Jackson looked pretty special :)
So much fun. I live vi-carlessly through your vacation vlogs because of the joy and happiness you guys have everytime. If you want shave ice next time go to mastumoto shave ice. Best on the island and very well known with the locals and Japanese community. Happy new years and a very merry Christmas to you guys as well.
The Dolphin and whale cruise was incredible. So many to see. The snorkeling looked so fun. Jackson is always so happy and he's just adorable. It's fun to experience all of the new adventures through his eyes. I always feel so excited because you are all so genuine. It looks so beautiful there in Hawaii.
Jackson dancing everywhere is my absolute favorite!! The excursion you went on seemed wonderful too, I bet Jen and Jackson would have loved to see the dolphins and whales too. Thank you for sharing your trip with us, I can't wait to go to Aulani!!
Aw Jackson’s light up trainer are so retro! I love them… when will they make them for adults 😅😅. Thanks for bringing us Hawaii, it’s some where I will never get to go. Living vicariously through you guys helps me to feel like I’m not missing out. So Thank you
It's so sad to see all of that dead coral reef due to ocean temperatures being to high!! Its awful to see! I bet a few years ago that reef was bustling with life filled with much more fish and looked as colourful as finding nemo!
A really great place to snorkle was the island of Maui, it was a bay were Capt. Cook was killed i believe. The water clarity was amazing tons of beautiful fish a huge colorful brain coral and variety of other corals. It was around 50 ft deep and I felt like I was swimming in a big aquarium, just amazing. When you guys go back I also encourage you to visit the big island of Hawaii, those pure black sand beaches with the turquoise water gorgeous. Plus just seeing what a active volcano can do. The kaui is beautiful too with good snorkeling. Been loving these videos thank you for sharing plus love love the Jackson boogie😊
What a relaxing amazing video! That trail was something eles! No wonder they call it paradise! Jackson dancing just melts my heart! Thank you for sharing!🤗
Shellie may and Olu. I'm obsessed with duffy and friends they are so cute. I hope to meet them one day and hug them. I'm so happy yall got to experience this magical trip and thanks for sharing it with us.
Wow this is my favorite 😍 Hawaii vlog! Thanks for taking us snorkeling to bad all the color on the corals didn't show. That Star fish was huge 😃. We have a salt water tank
I'm loving the Hawaii videos. Enjoyed Tim's snorkeling/whale watching adventure and watching Jenn and Jackson making Hawaiian Micky ears. I really enjoyed the rest of the trail you did and watching Jackson dance. Jackson really enjoyed this trip.
That was an awesome tour!!! There were so many dolphins!! I loved seeing the whales and the coastline too!! Thanks so much for filming, and Jen did such an amazing job editing!!!
At 3:16 that's one of the spots I went scuba diving! It's only about 50ft deep there. We were so lucky to have what looked like 30 flipper dolphins swim 20 ft above us. That brought back so many great memories. Thank you!
That was an amazing underwater adventure!! Happy you got to enjoy it, Tim!! Loved seeing the dolphins and the whales too!! Fun times making the ears with Mommy!! Cool big rock!! Cute little turtles!! Such a fun day!!
I loved seeing the whales and dolphins! Do you think the 3 hour excursion would make someone feel sea sick who can’t handle choppy water too well? Looking forward to your next vid already! :)
When we stayed at Aulani, the seas / wind were too rough to even get in the water, so no snorkeling or boat trips for the entire week. Have to go back when weather better! Looks amazing.
Holy crow, Olu Mel!!! He is so darn cute!! I picked up a small keychain version of him at the Poly earlier this year, so he could be on my tree with Duffy and Shelly Mae :)
The Connecting with Walt Podcast has a very cool episode about Joe Rhode speaking about his roll during the construction of Aulani. He worked directly with the Hawaiian people to make sure Aulani was culturally appropriate. In the podcast they talk about the placement of the special rock. It’s a great podcast and compliments these Aulani vlogs nicely. I recommend listening to it! I think the episode is a the Pacific Northwest Mouse Meet up from 2019
As far as sea life, Hawaii may be my least favorite place to dive, we only did it to see Manta Rays. There is actually a pretty good reef off West Palm Beach in Florida that we love. That trail looks like so much fun and Jackson really seemed to be enjoying it. Of, of course, sometimes a guy just has to dance.
Great video - sad to see the reef though as it is a dying reef. I dove in the 90’s and reefs are supposed to be bright and teaming with fish life. But, you still seemed to enjoy your day.
@TheTimTracker The next time you find yourself in Hawaii, I highly, highly recommend you look into booking a snorkeling tour with Ko'Olina Ocean Adventures. They take you out on a catamaran as well, but they do offer fish food for like $5, and when you get into the water and dump some in around you, the fish will swarm you and you can get some amazing photos and videos. They take you out to pretty much the same spot you were in with your tour, and they offer you the same amenities (food, drink, etc). Also, I am super jealous you got see some whales. When I went, it was Sept and there were no whales in the area yet...
I have always wanted to go to Hawaii, but now more than ever I want to go there and stay at Aulani! Love you guys, thank you for all that you do! Jackson is just the cutest and his dancing too adorable!💙💙
If you've never been before I would recommend staying in the Waikiki area instead. Its much better situated for hotels, restaurants, shops and exploring the island if you don't have a car. The Aulani is too remote imho.
I love that you noticed the cans. It's one of my favorite fun facts. Basically, back in the day most cans in the US had the ridges near the top. Oh wow that's actually really neat
Love seeing Jackson dance whenever he hears music, it's so cute and adorable.
The moana meeting and one of the first things said is “let me show you my feet” had me wheezing😂😂 i forgot about the tattoos! So glad you all had fun🧡
I'd like to take a second to recognize Jen's awesome editing skills! Thanks for creating these amazing adventures for all of us!
Next time you guys go to Aulani you have to explore more of the island. There is so much to see and do. We lived there for three years and there is still so much we didn’t see/do. We will be back there though, my daughter was born there.

Tim, glad to hear that you made it back from your three hour tour. Gilligan was not so lucky.😀
Thanks for sharing. I’m waiting with my dad in the ER and watching Jackson explore & enjoy life has brightened my sad day.
Sending lots of love from the UK x
I hope your dad or you are ok. It was a beautiful video, it was nice and relaxing for me as well.
sending you both good vibes and prayers

Be careful of those 3 hour tours from Hawaii. Make sure the boat is not named the SS Minnow.
Jenn, the editing in this video is amazing! Thanks for making this so fun to watch!! 😍
💖🤗🥰xxx

Does Jen ever get sad she can’t join as many things since Jackson was born?
I wondered this too as Tim is getting trips and massages and poor Jen is left behind 🤷♀️
@@elaineodwyer5455 Oh don't worry about the massages, Jenn already had one on this trip. She mentioned it but didn't film it. I will say though that craft time with Jackson looked pretty special :)
Jackson wiggling his butt has soon as he hears music is adorable and will never get old (nice Flashdance reference)!!
“So this is the hotel’s bellybutton.” 😂 Loved seeing Jackson dance. Always love it!
Jackson exploring and experiencing new things just makes my day. Can't wait to see what other adventures he gets into as he gets older
My heart just melts every time Jackson dances!!! He is so adorable!!!!

Jackson is the entertainer of the decade! He’s oh so smart.

That along with the fact that almost every shot of the whales or dolphins on the surface had a huge factory in the backround...really says alot
I was thinking the same thing 😭😭

Tim needs to give us a snorkeling tutorial video. I don't know how to "dive" with a snorkel.
What a beautiful day love seeing the ocean and so much fun and I love the interaction with Moana
I loved seeing the whales and dolphins! Do you think the 3 hour excursion would make someone feel sea sick who can’t handle choppy water too well? Looking forward to your next vid already! :)

Way to go Jackson love watching you dance.
I just went to Hawaii for the first time and it really is as magical as these videos make it look 💕
so much joy!!! jackson dancing to the spirit hahaha loved it!
Just had to say, fluffy hair on Tim 😍 love it!
Jackson's dancing gets me every time. Off the charts cuteness!!! 😍
I think Moana was trying so hard not to break character and cry at the tattoos and it was so cute. Jackson's dance walk is just so stinking cute
The dolphins were so cool , jackson dancing is so awesome bless him.Great video as always 🙂👍
Im really enjoying these Hawaii videos! Jackson is so cute!
Amazing Tim! Love these videos too!❤️🙌
Thank you for sharing this video. It look like so much fun.
Awesome day!!!! Thanks for sharing
When we stayed at Aulani, the seas / wind were too rough to even get in the water, so no snorkeling or boat trips for the entire week. Have to go back when weather better! Looks amazing.
13:33 THAT LITTLE DANCE IS ADORABLE
Holy crow, Olu Mel!!! He is so darn cute!! I picked up a small keychain version of him at the Poly earlier this year, so he could be on my tree with Duffy and Shelly Mae :)

Tim: "I would totally suggest this 3 hour tour"
Me, knowing Gilligan's island: "Hmmm seems suspicious"
Loved the Vlog. And I like your hair without the gel too!
Wow the rock thing that made the Hawaiian islands was so cool
When Tim was saying how it was a 3 hour tour, all I was thinking of was Gilligan's Island.
Jackson just melts my heart ❤️😀
This whale 🐋 🐳 excursion looks so much fun 🤩
You guys need to put Jackson in some dancing classes when he's older! I think he'll love it, his dancing is the cutest thing
I cannot get over how cute Jackson is. I hope all your grape wishes come true in 2022.
Being over 50 I appreciate it whenever you point out the public Restrooms! 😄
Jackson has the drunk Scottish grandad dance nailed 😂
As usually a great video! You make me feel traveling to Hawaii with you
Great video - sad to see the reef though as it is a dying reef. I dove in the 90’s and reefs are supposed to be bright and teaming with fish life. But, you still seemed to enjoy your day.
I just love when Jacksons dances!!
The thing I was most looking forward to seeing on this trip was Moana's reaction to Tim's tattoos of Pua and Hei-Hei and it was lovely 💜
Watching Jackson dance made me think of the dancing baby back in the 90’s.
Who else thought of Gillian island theme song when Tim said 3 hour tour 😂
THE DOLPHINS ARE SO COOL!
Amazing videos from the snorkeling Tim! did all of it was captured with the Go-Pro?
Sweet Video
Wow the whales were amazing , another great vlog stay safe x x
Love this video..thanks for the share…
Yes i really enjoy watching the video YU have so good looking food i just love to hear Jackson talk so cute

That’s the company that we went on the sunset cruise with.
What kind of food?
@@lisalo8344 I think it was like chicken teriyaki sandwiches, chips, drinks, fruit, etc
Love the snorkeling footage and Jackson dancing :)
I have to say Jackson has the Hula Dance down to an art form. He need his grass skirt to go with it
I have always wanted to go to Hawaii, but now more than ever I want to go there and stay at Aulani! Love you guys, thank you for all that you do! Jackson is just the cutest and his dancing too adorable!💙💙
