EXO already has mature, gentlemen concepts that also keeps the lore alive but is also cool such as Love Shot; this concept is just lazy effort of their company. I'm just hoping they will come up with something more original when Kai and Sehun comes back.

I bet Kai ever even liked that idea of minimalism, that's why he had to spend his own money on the production (or maybe he sign some kind of contract for SM to cut off his usual payment so that they could actually invest in the mv and promotion).
