I do enjoy your videos and subscribe to your channel. I am not into the simulator ones, but each to their own, and I know many enjoy these and it adds variety. I never managed to master Train Simulator, although I tried, and the whole Steam thing was very frustrating, restricting and unreliable (assuming that was the same simulator?). I often wonder though, whilst watching the real life videos, why you never pan with the train. Is there a particular reason for this? I don't say you should always do it, but it would make a welcome change and avoid rather too many seconds capturing an empty platform or empty track before you fade to the next clip. It's just my opinion, but I find the fixed camera frustrating.
@GrayDJames thank you, yes the simulator ones ain't for everyone, it's just something to post when I don't see anything in real life, I do occasionally pan, but sometimes it can be hard to judge where the train will stop, as I don't like cutting the top of the train out of the photo/video, probably just a me thing, or if the train is moving at high speeds, and then have to pan a bit quicker can make a slightly annoying or unstable video, but I understand your points, and I agree with them!
Very good video and just a question for you why was the class 170 that was going to Aberdeen going to the lights and then back into Inverness station is there a reason why that and is it some sort of testing that they do with the diesel trains very good views of the country side and very good sound quality in your video and it wasn’t raining for you which it has been in Lanzarote very heavy rain and humid here
@FraserWest-um4ue Thank you! Yes the only reason was to free up space on for the 2 hours it was sitting in Inverness, just so other train can fit in! Yes it was lovely yesterday, but now very miserable, what can I say that's Scotland for ya 😂
I did wonder that what was the problem with the fuel tank on the class 158S it returned to Inverness station with a problem and it sounded like one of the engines wasn’t working. Yes it seems to have been very wet in Scotland 🏴 since September last year when is when I was last in Scotland but I am planning on going to Scotland in May or June next year so you should get good weather then
I'm pretty sure I was on that first train. 🙂
@HighlandMurray oh really that's cool! :)
Another good video

@FraserWest-um4ue The 158 is back out today so must have been fixed over night, there was a few 158s that broke down yesterday
How old are the class 158S now the reason for asking is that the class 170S will be 25 years old or more than that now
@FraserWest-um4ue The 158s were built between 1989 and 1992 and 170s were built between 1998 and 2005
Song at the intro?
