I've just started listening to this band since finding out they're Germany's Eurovision entry and I have to say I'm bloody impressed.
Same thing. And to say bloody impressed is to put it mildly. More like obsessed. THE best musical discovery in my life, and I'm 48. 😅

@@costanzarosamongioi5989 I was never a literal metal fan, but I have always liked (harder) rock. Pure metal, in any of the varieties, would desensitize me after listening to 5-6 songs in a row, it would all start sounding the same. LOTL? Apart from PURE TALENT and PURE GENIUS, they aren't pure anything - you can hear them in such a rich variety of genres, beautifully combined so it's just enough of everything to keep it endlessly interesting - and that makes them a 100 times more to my taste (I'd even say better, but let's be neutral) than any of the biggest metal bands out there, because LOTL can do more. Metallica is Metallica, but I doubt we'll see James Hetfield play cello live in a concert and sing like Chris, or a band member play a concert piano in a full classic concert ;)
@@lafabias1876 right on, my friend. I've been going through the old LOTL albums and I love how different they are from each other. They're amazingly versatile and, even better, they're good at every genre they do.

Not really sure how you can consider a band getting +million views an underrated band, but yeah, I did also discover the band through this song and got zero regrets. Ended up covering their Raining Stars and am working on this now ^^;
I mean I enjoy it mostly were it not for the high-ish pitched screamo they add suddenly in many of their songs, but that's just me... and many of my friends.
To me at least that just adds for the emotional build up. The pre-chorus for this song is a prime example of that.
Heard them in Belgrade since they are the support act to Iron Maiden, incredible band.

Just about few hours ago I saw them also as iron maiden's support in Poland and they were fantastic. I think they are about to become one of my favourite bands 🤘
I've seen them opening for Iron Maiden in Bucharest. They've had an awesome performance and I've really enjoyed their music. Now I'm looking forward to their next concerts. As you said it, they are an incredible band.

As a Eurovision fan, I usually watch a one or two the national finals, this year it was Germany, and oh my, am I happy I watched it. Even if they hadn't won the preliminaries, I'd still have discovered them. They got a new fan. I'm currently in the rabbit hole of looking up and consuming everything they ever did lol and I'm going to see them in Leipzig in November. I'm sure they will have lots of visibility with Eurovision that will bring them new fans. I know I would've never got to know them without it, and that would be a huge pity. They are awesome, insanely talented, true artists.

Still exploring the massive catalogue of LOTL music and this has always been my favorite song. The variety of Chris's vocals is incredible, from the deep melodic verses to the powerful screams that bring everything together in a perfect blend of hard and soft. That chorus drops so heavy and gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. Keep making your art, LOTL!

good human. Haythor's love-hate feelings for Morgana is manifested in the nickname he gave her.

I've just discovered this amazing band last Friday. They we're the starting act for the great iron maiden .and I've instantly become a big fan 🖤🤘me and my son thought they put on a amazing show .we have just booked to see Lord of the lost again in Manchester in September performing a full set 😊 I didn't know they we're in eurovision as I hate it with a passion 🙄but wish I'd of watched it now and I don't care what the other performers from different country's we're like .lord of the lost should of won 🏆. So being a big fan of rammstein .i now have anthor band from Germany 🇩🇪 I love I think I really need to start looking at other artists music from Germany 🙄🖤🖤🤘🤘also I think these will have artists starting of for them soon 😊

I love when you guys use yelling/anger to amplify a feeling and not for no reason and mix it with more rhythmic melody. This is LOTL at its best in my opinion. Thornstar brought in people like me who would have never listened to your music otherwise. i look forward to more!

Morgana > neue Songs. Sorry aber der Stil ist halt viel ansprechender für die Masse und das am ESC war zu extravagant. Letzter Platz ist absolut unverdient aber ich hätte mir mehr sowas wie das hier gewünscht. Morgana ist und bleibt LotLs Magnum Opus.

I recently lost my grandpa and I remember when we visited him shortly before he passed he told us that he was at peace and ready to go, and he looked ghastly. "Bodies wilt but the mind's serene" hits a LOT different now.
