I have so many questions. What sewing machine do you use? How do you sew the skirt to the bodice? What type of fabric did you use for the fabric underneath? Your dresses and clothes are so beautiful, you make the exact types of clothes I’ve been trying to make 😭
ok I’ll try my best to explain but maybe I’ll also make a process video lol because it’s hard to type. I use a basic singer tradition and it’s not amazing but it does the job lol. For the skirt to bodice I loosened the bodice all the way and sewed the skirt on right sides together leaving a couple inches in the back not sewed on so when i put it on i tie it and it mostly closes up. underneath, i used a cream bedsheet from goodwill!! hopefully that was helpful but i might make another one and make a video!!
thank you!! i actually just wrapped tape over an old shirt while wearing it and then drew where i wanted the pattern pieces to be and then cut it out and add extra seam allowance
WOW!!! you are clearly very gifted I would love to try making a dress like this but I still use pre made patterns . I am subscribed now so I'm looking forward to seeing more of your creative content. Keep up the good work!!!
