This valentines day im really mostly excited for time to myself, I have been going through alot of health changes that have led to alot of lifestyle changes and the transition hasn't been very smooth, i can say that I've felt less confident in myself and more doubtful in weather i can achieve the things i had laid out for myself, and have definitely neglected my self love( both physically and mentally). Now that things are starting to look better im gonna spend this valentines day self caring and loving, i want to absolutely pamper myself and give myself time to reflect in the positive and not the negative, also to say sorry to myself for ever doubting me😆😚and thats what im mostly excited about. I know some love the special day to celebrate with their partners and there is no shade to that. Don't wait one day a year to do that tho. Appreciate them, compliments, jump in and help with house work, go out for a random drive, pick them up their favorite candy or whatever. They are in you life everyday so show them that you care not just cause its Vday. Same goes with your family, share the love cause sometimes they need more attention then once a yr.
