People don't want RDP houses, people wanna build or buy for themselves. People are hungry and food is scarce, unemployment, crimes. You also have hundreds of thousands of people from the Eastern Cape, who are employed in the Western Cape but send their salaries back to the Easten Cape where the unemployment rate is close to 60%....
