@@butchs2337 is there something else simliar to this? man these things are crazy expensive. im looking for a machine to cut cabbages without chopping it. we have something from hobart. but feel its still too slow and the feeder is too small, so we always need to cut it in 4-6 chunks to feed it in. and also this is to make egg roll stuffing. and we make alot in one week batch
