Pass on Right

I am doing 49 mph in a 40 mph zone. Car uses the right turn lane to pass me. Hits the curb and and almost loses control of the car. Location - Kent County Delaware Recreation Center USA. Road is P.O.W./M.I.A. Pkwy southbound.
