I kinda agree with the list but after using shisui he’s pretty broken I’d say maybe higher than minato
Hazaan strike is great if it’s used correctly but people just spam it in bad situations where it’s too easy to dodge and his other jutsu is great but only situationally and isn’t used very often
Last battle Sakura can give great survivability and has a good ult but her other jutsu has too long of a cooldown for what it does
Shisuis shuriken jutsu is broken wdym😭 and halo dance disables substitution and is pretty fast so it’s some nice guaranteed damage that can help get kills
Nagatos shurado has zero tracking and even though it looks nice on paper at a higher level it’s too dodgeable with a long cooldown and the other jutsu is very situational,
Ohnoki held back by his awful ultimate, his jutsus are both very good but you need to be able to play around it
Tobirama is criminally low
boruto has 3 dlc's i thought and the third one is the best im surprised u havnt seen it yet
There's base boruto, with vanishing rasengan, tornado high and boruto strike. But there's only the 2 DLC borutos so far. I'm sure more will be added though

Hi everyone! Looking back, I realize itachi was excluded! Sorry about that lol. I'd personally put reanimated itachi at around A rank, as a Heal I think he's pretty good for the role and gives some good offensive options for the set! What do you guys think?
