My diesel thar gave this dpf problem after 650km only.
Remember you can do regeneration in parking only if the sign is constant on your cluster otherwise you can’t do.
What I did was drive the car full throttle rpm close to 3k kept the car on 3rd -4th gear…for close to 15 minutes and the sign disappeared…..remember please do this on a highway or open road to avoid accidents.
It happens if you try to save fuel while driving all the time…I use to drive in such a way as to get 17kmpl mileage but once a week you need to press that throttle and drive it like a thar

Can reprogramming the ECM by skipping the adblue and regen process, will it work? Means totally disconnecting that adblue concept?

Don’t do this in closed area , do it in the open feilds and always open bonnet because it may catch fire when its overheated.

Fluid? Depends, for example after every 5k km you are supposed to refill fluid in fortuner. where as in thar, after every 10k
