Quick question to ditto. What if the person was a pillion rider and they have mentioned that I am an occasional drinker during policy purchase? Considering the person was a pillion rider (did not drive) and that he had already mentioned that he takes alcohol occasionally does the claim get approved?

I had disgusting experience. They will push u to take Care insurance..they r so unprofessional they will never call u ontime if u schedule a meeting with them ...you have to escalate to their hotline number then only they will call u and give u excuses for delay.Their sales person doesn't have enough experience to answer your queries. Don't fall in their trap as they r paying heavily to these youtubers for marketing
I disagree. I was also asked to go for Care Heart since I have some heart related precondition. But apart from that the whole experience has been really great. They'd be very prompt with everything. Have great knowledge. And most of all never 'push' you to take some specific policy. You can just tell them that you'll be away for two weeks and they'll just reschedule everything accordingly. They don't push you to buy this today only, or otherwise the world is gonna end. Although, in my case, I had to cancel and get refund for the plan I opted for. But even the refund experience was also very smooth. They didn't try to sell me something else instead which I didn't need
