The amount of tech, shortcuts to learn and endless custom tracks and distributions, online to play and various gamemodes made by the community are endless and make the game so much fun. Don't want to know the hours I've spent in game over the past 5 years, whether time trials or online haha.

This was so fun to watch, and danggg you're good at Mario Kart! Could tell from the Grumble volcano race, that's def one of the trickier ones in MK8 but you were hugging every turn at full speed!

I LOVED Mario kart, still do. But for my eighth birthday my parents got me Mario Kart Wii, and I played it NONSTOP. Maybe less than a month after I got it, I found it on top of the TV stand chewed to bits😭. There were Pieces all over the carpet and under the TV. Our, then 2 year old puppy (now like 6 or 7), had gotten a hold of the disc because I left it out on top of the PRETTY HIGH TV stand. I cried. and my parents blamed me (I mean it was my fault) and they never got me another Mario Kart. 😭😭 IT was the exact same disc in this video...
this takes me back to a girl I knew that would invite me over to play Mario Kart with her all the time... I used to think she had ulterior motives but this video right here made me realize she probably just really wanted to play this game with me :D
I already knew how to play, but was curious to see how you'd teach it! As a Super Mario fan generally, and my favourite Mario Kart is Wii, it was awesome to find someone passionate about it! Your video strikes a perfect balance of relaxing and engaging content. I also never knew about the GameCube-style Wii controller, though I've managed fine with a Wiimote, I like how without the wheel you can do sharp jerks of different amounts, which to me feels more authentic like you're actually at the steering wheel. I use Peach and the Dolphin Dasher as I just don't get on with fast vehicles and low acceleration and handling even are all these years, haha! In fact, you've made me want to play it again!

I’ve played MKWii for a long time and you did well attempting to make a comprehensive guide for new players. This was incredibly calming and nostalgic to watch. I’d love to see a vid where you play with subs! That would be fun! Note: when you fall off, if you press A as soon as you’re back on you the track you get a mini speed boost. It’s much faster than a standstill mini-turbo. Overall great video and cosplay
being in the air is slower than driving but if you time a hop to land right at the edge of a ramp and trick you'll get a low trick or trick during coyote time while driving off the ramp you'll get a late trick which both give shorter air time 15:40
