Johnson remembers a motocross crash that forced reconstructive knee surgery at just 8 years old, when his dad attempted to end his racing career at 12 and besting legends within the sport at 16.

I think that 1 of the things that makes you so great at this besides the obvious countless hours of research is that you ask open ended questions then you let that person talk while you listen.
