Good stuff man, glad to see you are doing well. I thought about you the other day when I used that Triumph cylinder nut wrench you found the part # for.

That's funny, I thought about you the other day when I went to a BSA owner's club swap meet and saw some Trident parts for sale. They were rough. haha Hope you're doing great!

@@hamonthecob Am doing ok. Rough Trident parts are about the only Trident parts I find anymore. I did get some good stuff off that motor though. Cylinders and crank were very nice.

@@theeddies The parts I ran across were probably sitting in the elements for years. Super rusty, cracked head, broken air filter frame. Pretty typical, but nothing you'd want to start a project around. haha

@@hamonthecob Yeah that is about what I find. Though the heads, even cracked are worth a few dollars. I just sold the one off the motor I tore down for $150 and it had 4 badly broken fins. They can't have my crank and barrels though, lol.

Congrats on your journey. The self-confidence from your action is more important than the weight loss. If you can conquer your weight you can conquer anything.

Great job man, I know how hard that is. I have to continuously watch what I eat also, and I've tried to make a conscious decision to avoid(haven't cut out entirely) certain types of foods.. bread, pasta(things made with flour), potatoes and sugar. The more strictly I follow those limits, the better my body reacts to lose or maintain weight. Keep up the good work because like you said, you miss out on many things in life due to being overweight.

Thanks Rob! I feel bad that I never got around to my 3x3 yet. I haven't forgotten though. I hope you're doing well man.

Hey, no worries, you've had a lot going on.. especially with the bike wreck and all. I hope you're at least getting to ride the new one some.

@@RobRidesCarolina I do ride the new one a good bit, but for whatever reason, after the wreck, riding just isn't quite as joyful. I'm always on high alert looking around for a car to come out of nowhere. I try to stick mostly to gravel roads and trails when I can. It'll relax eventually hopefully.
