Sir after did all in the video for concrete facial and saved. Then on the window where the drawing is and click beam , settings dialog box but no segment in archicad 20

Oh" archicad 20, I'll suggest you please update your archicad to version 26 or if not try and get archicad 24, the version of archicad you are using might not have that feature.

How do u select to cut coz I've tried but it can't

Okay,
First make sure your suspend group is selected
Then
Hold down "CTRL" then select what you want to cut with your mouse left click..
That's all you need to do.
