HRC has hit number twice since the list started but I was unable to pin because of my time in grade. Is there a possibility that they may hit it a third time ? Now that I am finally at my time in grade, HRC circles backward on the numbers. Why does the list restart from OML #1 for some MOS’s ? Is it to pick up numbers that have been previously skipped over ? Last question, when is the final month to make cut off for this current list ? May 2023 ? Btw, this video is great !
I got skipped too before due to not having MLC. They will circle back once your eligible as long as the OML don’t reshuffle. If you’re talking about the recent SFC Evaluation board, looks like March 1 is from the new OML that just came out last week.
@@TheManToys I find it weird to make NCOs apart of a list that for 80-85% for they can’t pin since the time in grade isn’t in their favor 😅. But if March 1st is correct, then it seems I only have 2 more months to pin before numbers reshuffle ! Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 and thanks for all the insight

If you have college that will help you. But if you’re aiming to make SGM, I would work on that. Look at the proponent AAR, you should have a good shot. Focus on the ones you can control within the year. Are you getting looked at this coming evaluation board? Or have you already been looks at?
Very informative videos but the problem was when I reached out to my branch manager for an operational assignment they never responded to my email. I still need 24 months for KD time and I currently serve 35 months in the broadening assignment.
Similar happened to be before but i kept calling and emailing. I also kept searching on HRC website if maybe there was a change over and email other POC listed on HRC. Gotta be relentless.

So I was a detailed recruiter 3 years ago and I left with gold badge . I am trying to fix my SRB for this upcoming SSG Eval. DMOS read 79R34?
Should be 79R3O. You can only add the 4 detailed recruiter for your primary MOS. Your secondary would be 79R3O. I hope it makes sense.

You can directly contact your Branch Chief and usually they are pretty good about getting back to you.
