This customer requested to keep the spare tire mount in place, so this is where we mounted the air controls. There is no plan for a truck camper for this truck, but you would have to consider other options if other parts would interfere.
These are great videos and great products . Would help to get a sense of what the cost are and if this is a diy bolt on or send to kelderman to get done.
I’m sold but just not sure the difference between 450 and 550. Does any of this change the payload ratings and what would they be after install on a Lariate crew 4x4 diesel 6.7
The kit for an F-450 Pickup is going to be different than one for an F-450/F-550 Chassis Cab. They have different frames and normally different axles. These full air ride kits would increase payload capacity over a factory rating. You can find all kits at Kelderman.com/Shop and see ones specific to your application. Please email info@kelderman.com if you have further questions.
I have this system can you tell me the part number of the rachio shocks i put some RS9000 xl in it and it bounces like hell in the back. Yes they are turned up to max
The Rancho shocks have bene a standard option for quite some time due them being on the less-expensive side with adjustable valving. Upgraded shock packages are available.
there's no need for air ride suspension to the control surfaces (front tires) is one. as for the driving surfaces (rear tires) it's a simple matter of expense. is a nice option for a fifth wheel trailer set up tho. definitely approaching class 8 levels now no doubt.
The factory’s can obviously equip the stock trucks with them. They could also outfit their rigs with light bars, tonneau covers, upgraded shocks etc. Not only does this drive up the sticker price on a truck that’s approaching 100k but if Ford (or any brand) starts putting this on at the factory then the aftermarket isn’t going to support your brand any longer since you’ve already got it covered. Most newer trucks come with a ton more shit then you really need anyway....(heated steering wheels on a work truck?!)
There are a number of options to determine a final price. Please view Kelderman.com/Shop and email us if you have any further questions at info@kelderman.com.
Flat rate of $14,000. That way no matter what bags, what kind of shocks, what type of managements system (do you want a lift done at the same time?) etc. you want it will all be covered.
Ya so basically you guys are making a small version of a semi..this is all old school technology with nothing really new just copied from the big trucks..
@@KeldermanManufacturing Thankyou. Another thing I’ve noticed is creaking when lifting and lowering the truck. Haven’t noticed that on any of your guys videos, what could be making that noise?

It looks like The mechanical air management system is located where the truck camper tie downs would be installed.

What is the minimum amps needed on the upfitter switch to power the master switch? Can you use any of the Ford upfitter switches for that?

That is factory.
Why have such a nice suspension setup and use cheap rancho shocks?
The Rancho shocks have bene a standard option for quite some time due them being on the less-expensive side with adjustable valving. Upgraded shock packages are available.
Would love this on our excursion..
Is there a similar system for a 1/2 ton application?
We do not offer anything for the 1/2 ton trucks.

Why isn't Ford smart enough to make a system like this available from the factory and take the buyer's money??

35” tires
So when will you have a system for the 2019 Ram 2500/3500?
In two years, from the date of your comment.
Impresionante
Take my money
Well it's about damn time ! Thanks JK 😜
What’s it cost?
Probably one of those "if you have to ask how much it is...... You can't afford it"
Typically over 3k
I think it’s like 4500$
Maybe call them and discuss the price through voice to voice communication?
I’d like to see this on a Ram 3500. Maybe even a SRW.
Your tattoo artist spelled Kelderman wrong on your arm.
How much lower than stock does it get when you dump the rear?
About four inches.
How is the ride?
Anyone! How is the ride ????? No one is talking about ride quality!!!
It rides like shit.
