nice video - just rebuilding my 360 - heads got 2.02 inlets n mopar roller rockers but not sure what else as springs too strong for my old valve spring compressor so they now at machine shop to get out! will be giving it a light porting similar to yours if not done already. I got the old dished pistons :( - trying to keep it cheap - wot blue did you use as want to get similar although am uk based!
Nice video, good progress. Die hard head porters work with iron lol I like the dome pistons are those .150 or .200". Just purchased some .085s hoping g to run a .027 head gasket and mabye get some quench lol
that head is almost done bro, that part that you point out in the minute 1.34 you need to flatten ( sorry about my english if you don´t understand me )
NEEDTO CC EVERY COMBUSTION CHAMBER YOU CANT JUST PORT AND THINK THE CC ARE GOING TO BE THE SAME AIR FLOW IS ALL DIFFERENT NOW ENGINE WILL NOT PERFORM WELL NO GUESS WORK MAN
CC'ing every chamber on a pair of factory iron street heads is a waste of time. Taking such steps is mainly reserved for better heads intended for Racing. Hand porting iron heads is "Hit and Miss" you will never attain the SAME cc in every chamber.

Intake port on smog heads are exactly the same as J heads identical and the X head except for the 2.020 valve on the X head
Urban legend i have 360 77 smog heads gasket matched on a 340 work fine j and x heads are really no different

90-91% (Int. dia) Max for a Street Head. Any more porting to your Bowl Blend and your 360 iron heads are JUNK.
Found that out the hard way. Junked them
