Don’t get me wrong, Ben Platt is one of my favorite vocalists! He has a sound like no other , absolutely gorgeous voice! But it’s hard to stand out with Jennifer Hudson. She’s just such a powerhouse! Wow! Great rendition of “Somewhere”.😀
No she doesn't shout. She sings it's called belting!! She has that Traditional Church sound! That's what we hear in Church all day and it's fine! She's a really high I mean highhh soprano!!!
Such an ignorant statement. Ben is a broadway singer. Jennifer is a pop singer , she's never played a role and she isn't as consistent in live performances as many other great musical theatre performers.
