You go/spend time barefoot pretty often don't you ?maybe always inside the house and perhaps occasionally in your garden ??? You must be wondering why I asked that question . Unless otherwise those feet of yours wouldn't have looked as pretty as they look now. If you're barefoot only inside the house ,extend it to your garden too. In other words be totally barefoot whenever you're at home. The reason I say this is Our feet were meant/ created to be bare and that's why there are a number of sensors/nerve endings under our feet which connects from top to toe. When we walk on sand, gravel and tiny stones/pebbles,our entire body gets a stimulation through these sensors. Apart from that it allows your body to connect with the earth and absorb free Electrons from the earth's surface. Go barefoot always for good health and happy feet !!!!
