It is now a further 10 years since this video was made and we are now almost at the end of 2018, just a few days before the 23rd anniversary of Deans passing, and I am wondering if this festival is still being held so many years after that sad Christmas. I really hope so, and that it hasn’t been allowed to just fade away over time.
