I am a frog fanatic. I love the top water action and excitement so watching you always evolving your technique is an inspiration and help to those of us still learning the do’s and dont’s of fly tying. Thank you for always taking the time to share and teach us sir. Until the "test-a-fly" episode…tight lines and God bless.
Hey WB! You are THE MAN on tying bass flies! I like these simple foam popper style, and you make it look so easy. Thank you and hope you get some big ones.

Great popper frog lesson !....Thank you .....🙂
You’re welcome 😊
I have enjoyed the evolution of the froggy fly over the years.
Well I've stuck with the froggy because it's a good and easy fly to tie and use.. and froggy does catch bass!
Looks like another great fly!
Thanks Jim! I need a dozen or so for the next Reel Recovery retreat in early May..
I sometimes add a momo loop to the top the hook, on some poppers. This helps with fouling and I can add a dropper fly trailing the popper.
Excellent idea.. Thanks
Maybe put the spots on before you seal the foam. I'm sure you know this, it's more for the newbies like myself.
Good idea! Thanks
