After all the dust has cleared, its now known that Henson knew that she wasn’t going to stay. But that sexual chemistry was certainly there from the first season!
Watching the seies from start to finish, I've just seen the episode where Carter gets killed. What a fantastic pairing of Henson and Caviezel in this series, with great characters.
John saw her light that he was so desperately seeking. That's what attracted her to him. She did change his mind on living he just needed to get Jessica out of the way to really see Carter but when he finally did he lost her.
At 4:22 onwards, should've added Reese's expression at Carter's comeback. It's hilarious. It's amazing how Caviezel manages to deliver a non-dialogue comedy deadpan with just his expression alone.
It really is sad that they basically felt like it was okay to get rid of Joss. It was a case where Nolan told Taraji on Valentine's Day 2013 that Carter would be dead. They wouldn't even give her until the end of the season. What was wrong with changing their mind because so.many people did love Joss so they could have made some changes to keep her. Once she was gone, romance was perfectly fine once again because of course there was grief over why John and Joss had their moment. I'll always love these two and it's a damn shame that they never got a chance despite the fan base behind them.
CareeseFangirlForever Taraji told them she couldn't stay on the show longer than she did because she was working on another show. Ever heard of "Empire ". They wanted her to stay on POI, so to compromise she said she would show up in flashbacks. It was mostly her idea. She wasn't kicked off the show.
Wouldn't it had been funny after Carter had died and if Empire wasn't a hit that Taraji came back as Carter's twin sister looking for revenge. Carter's unknown twin just got out of the Army or something. Just a thought.
Shelly Morgan Girl bye she was kicked off the show... Empire didn't come out til a whole year after they killed her off... Yes she did know they were gonna kill her, but she didn't know it would be so soon
@@BiBoFan This is incorrect. The writers and producers wanted Carter as a long-term character, but it was Taraji herself who BEGGED the producers to let her out, because she was so miserable playing Carter, for some reason. I think she wanted to play a more sassy, flamboyant character, and having to be so serious all the time was making her depressed. (You'll notice in one out-take the director asks her to dial down the sass, and she makes a joke about it, but I think that really wore on her eventually.) They reluctantly but kindly agreed to write her out, quite prematurely than they had intended. She was so relieved to be out of there, she just went to the other side of the country with no plans whatsoever, she just did some plays for a while, before she eventually got picked to play 'Cookie' in *_Empire_* (where she _finally_ gets to fly her sass flag high!!). I'm so glad she was good enough to come back for poor John Reese's hallucination episode (Caviezel deserved an Emmy for that one episode's acting alone!).
There is a flashback episode with her and some very interesting things happen to John later on in the show, but I don't blame you for stopping when she left. ;)
I need to stop rewatching this, I miss Carter with Reese so much. I miss her on the show.
She left for empire
All I can say is careese forever! Going to miss Carter
Yes! She deserved to know about finch and the machine
''JOHN ? JOHN ? You trust him with a baby ? ! '' :D
Nice video. Thanks
Man I hated when they killed Carter off. She was an important character on this show. ❤️❤️❤️
Not really,,,,,Thou Shalt not Mix the Seed....Bogus Bush crap twisted into a movie.
Nite😅
CaRees were so great together!!!
I wished we got to see them together.
same.

I expect a romance between them will end up together 🥺🥺 I hate the moment when she got killed 😠😤😤
it is so great! I love them! Thank you for job!
"You're not alone"
"I'm busy"
I love R/C but those two lines together are gold lool
THIS was AWESOME!!!!

He does a lot of talking with his eyes. He's a brilliant actor, totally underrated.
I love Carter and Reese...they're the best couple together...
they should have kept carter, and completely brought her into the fold about finch and the machine
I agree but sadly Taraji Henson wanted off the show to pursue other ventures. So sad when her character was killed
I was waiting for that myself.
I hope so too, but she left to join another tv show
I heard she was told right from the start she will be killed off. She took the job and did it well.
He has wanted her from the moment he first laid eyes on her
Don't know about that... I think it was more of a slow burn...
And don't let me start with the stalking reese was engaging in....
He stalked her the whole first season.
It so disappointed that John Reese and Root end on season 5 and Carter too... I would say this is a best action series I ever wartch.
Was really sad when Carter was killed
Miss Carter and Reese.😥
The video title makes it sound like Carter and Reese married each other!!!
Trying really hard not to ship them but I've already watched this video 4 times lol.
Fantastic, that was just awesome
You left out when Carter borrowed John's rocket launcher without asking.
He was hurt when Joss stopped talking to them❤
LOVE them
Another masterpiece!
Just realised Jim Caveziel's contract is probably tax free and probably paid in gucci, armani and other tailor made high quality suits.
In fact it is Hugo Boss
jonnypanteloni it was paid cash n advance . In millions
This show is intense im binge watching but took a short break at beginning of season 4 its difficult to watch after Carter's not there
I stopped watching after they killed her off
True OTP X3
The love story twilight wished it was
Those two have the same relationship as the British and Americans do. They call it a special relationship for a reason
MBookerUS
If you are the same writing poi fan fiction I just wanted to say I'm loving your stuff.
That's true my dear
She never called him Reese.
@ What, at first she called him 'The Man in the Suit', and then, John.

Beatlesque Girl you know this for sure,no one does... All we know is they killed her off smh
Oh God ! They must be together in the end ! So perfect !
My OTP!
Pretty good! You can see they share a lot of parallels. I know they dont have as many scenes together but how about John and Lionel?
They're HILARIOUS together!!! ;D
That other Sargeant should had backed off until Reese's old partner showed up and unalived him
That was me, being born and raised in Hollywood, as being respectful!
All scenes are good
They performed little extra ordinary.
I havent seen the german shepherd here
His name was Bear, and he's actually a Belgian Malinois :) Really similar physically, and they are both military and police dogs.
CaReese4ever!
What episode is at 7:31-7:32
❤❤❤💪💪🙏🙏
Misturando os episódios. Trechos minusculos.
Carter went on to be Proud Mary, watch the clips of her on here.
4:27-4:42 Does anyone know the title of that episode? Thanks.
Its 2x11, 2-P-R :) Hope it helps!
LetItBe, thanks so much I finally got to view the episode, still miss 'Carter' so much.
What episode is the scene from 3:26??
Dead Reckoning s2e13
She was perfect for this part, sort of a pity she became huge
I stopped watching when Carter died
+Henrrietta Acheampong Kwarteng I think that Shaw and Root strongest role in the series because it's all crazy of insanity.
There is a flashback episode with her and some very interesting things happen to John later on in the show, but I don't blame you for stopping when she left. ;)
Tell me I'm wrong!
Tariji is gorgeous my beautiful black Queen 👑
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🙏
I thought that was the worst part of this good show. 😢
the show did not want carter and Reese to have an interracial romance that is the reason why they killed carter.
That's not why. It's because she was going over to another show
+Addict with a Dr. Pepper Correct. She wanted to do other things and continuing with POI wouldn't give her enough time.
+Addict with a Dr. Pepper thats the reason why. bs.
Ariel M Campbell It is, she went over to the show Empire.
+Addict with a Dr. Pepper yes it is. even Nolan eas spoted saying he rather see a gay couple then a biracial couple on the show.
Tack up another black actor that got screwed!
She asked to leave the show
