Deepesh Dai first of all amazing journey so far. Ive been following your journey for quite sometime. Being a corporate finance fanatic myself..i wanted to ask how much of your business is leveraged or debt fuelled. From my understanding 160 gas station is your core business. From this you mustve used it as a collateral and finance further your business ventures.
Being in the UK - Essa brothers (owner of ASDA supermarket) also have similar journey to yours but in a bigger scale. They purchased ASDA, reputable top 4 supermarket by merely putting in £150m and rest of the purchase by debt. It would be good to know your debt to capital ratio.
Lastly fossil fuels is dwindling every day.. petrol stations will become obsolete in coming years..what is your strategy on these 150 petrol stations. Both the commentator and yourself did not touch on. Would love to hear your views on it further 😊

Watch how he conveniently avoids taking about how he grew so fast... Let me elaborate for y'all. Started by selling K2 (synthetic marijuana) decades ago and got a taste for fast/ illegal money. Then, started buying 'gas stations' which are mostly all junk convenient stores that were in reality fronts for illegal game room operation all accross DFW. This is when serious amount of money started flowing in.
Eventually, when covid happened, like everything else, these illegal game rooms went online. This is when he ventured into online gambling. All this cash that is being generated can't go into the bank because IRS will be on his ass. So, hes constantly making under the table biz and real-estate deals with cash. He's basically a crook - drugs, gambling, money laundering, tax evasion, racketeering you name it he done/doing it all. And now he own a bank.. he's creating the ultimate money laundering tnese Illegal game rooms went online. This is when he ventured into online gambling. All this cash that is being generated can't go into the bank because IRS will be on his ass. So, hes constantly making under the table biz and real-estate deals with cash. He's basically a crook - drugs, gambling, money laundering, tax evasion, racketeering you name it he done/doing it all. And now he own a bank... he's creating the ultimate money laundering tool. He's the next episode of American Greed in the making. It's just a matter of time. To make matters worse, there are 100s of kids idolizing him and his methods - just look at other comments. If you're reading this, know that this guy is full of deceit and not someone you want to look upto.
