unfortunately people mistake being educated with being actually smart
@@YZER19 unfortunately people assume to quick. How do you know he's isn't smart? Simply because he doesn't know what perjury is does automatically make him stupid.
@@LuciferMoringstar999 I think Phil was actually saying the same thing as you - Jme hadn't learnt the word for it, but his intelligence made him give a thoughtful, insightful answer
@@LuciferMoringstar999 This is so ironic. You were so quick to assume that you didn't even comprehend what the other guy had actually said. He didn't say he wasn't smart. He said he was smart and not educated; at least in this context.

How is that answer smart? If so many people think that it is a very smart answer then it's most likely not a smart answer as most people do not score on the high end of the Gaussian IQ curve. Any non politically correct answer would have been better. Just murder a child r*pist, and you kill two birds with one stone.
@@garybuttherissilent5896and where the fuck did "politically correct" come from? The point of his answer was that now no one would ever lie in court, so court would always be completely honest. Jeez, someones not on the high end of the Gaussian IQ curve 😳
Don't think so actually. You are not legally required to say anything self incriminating in court. Hence the 5th amendment. So this would essentially do nothing in most high profile cases
@@ryan_dalion8937 yeah but basically you ain’t allowed to lie in court anymore so there would be no more fake storys and there would be no more fake accusations so a lot of innocent people wouldn’t go prison
Not really. It's not a crime to lie in court. So that wouldn't work. There are just some special cases where you can get punished for lying. If you are under oath for example
Mass bank robbery
Did not expect an actual smart answer🤣

That is actually genius, like it would literally change the world for the better by an insane degree this man would be the father of utopia
That could easily be abused by authoritarian states. Imagine a society where all your thoughts aren't really yours.
You still could omit the truth or be imprecise with your assertions
Yeah if they get caught for doing the crime it dosent stop crime at all
@@rusty_grove Some would say telling a partial truth is also a lie. And being imprecise can very well be counteracted by a good lawyer, since you can't lie, the lawyer can literally ask you, "Yes or No, did you kill the person?", can probably request the judge to compel you to answer said question.
@@Jay9966 A partial truth is never a lie. True propositions are a conjunction of true premises, if you omit one of the premises, the reminder of the proposition is still true. This is basic logic, your opinion doesn't matter.

Bro just put Saul Goodman out of business 💀
That's actually brilliant
Him: “lying in court” 🗣
Me: “murder”🤔
Well there are loopholes 🥶
I thought about that to. That would make murder never happen again, but technically would killing people in war count as murder to I wonder. Bc if so that makes all war and all weapons useless.
@@jacobburr3570 murder is unlawful termination of human life
Ending murder won't stop killings, only killings forbidden by law
If I can’t murder anybody then manslaughter it is
If I were to be sp hatefull of a person that I would kill them. I would just do the next best thing, which is arguably worse, Torture them and absolutely make their live a living hell.
Bro that gotta be the best answer I’ve ever heard for a question like that
That's assuming everything goes to a court and the right people are questioned, which doesn't always happen especially with money related crimes (embezzlement, bribery, etc...) for me I'd totally stop bribery.
Is it because you brits dont have the 5th amendment?
I don’t get it can someone please explain?

the fact that he thought of that so quickly while i'm sitting here trying to come up with an answer like it's some type of riddle 😂
"If you could stop one crime.."
"Child trafficking"
"But by stopping it you have to commit it"
"I got nothing"
I was about to comment that you could still do it in an harmless way, for example, selling your child to your brother, and then he gives it back.
Then I realized that he wouldn't be able to do child trafficking to give/sell it back to you.
