Implement WSUS In Window Server 2012 R2

Hello Guys..... Greetings to every one..:)
Here we have a problem in WSUS. When we try to open WSUS console it is not showing the Server or Domain Controller. Here is the exact issue. Please look into this issue and post your solutions. Very glad to have your time friends..
# Our Server is working well and good last week with all(including WSUS). We were able to getting all Windows updates to all of our client systems
# One day we found that Server Local drive C:(OS Drive) running with very low free space, so one of our admin Cut all the WSUS Content data from WSUS folder to local drive
# Now we were found that WSUS console is showing Server host name with some error, i googled it, as per their suggestions we have deleted WSUS console from MMC folder.
# Now we are unable to get the Server Host Name also. When we try to connect to the server it is not taking.

HI when i start connect to upstream . can not connect. Display error : an existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host
