- This is the hashira from the sengoku era in the anime series Demon Slayer aka Kimetsu no yaiba.
In this video, I will show you all hashiras in the sengoku era from the anime series Demon Slayer aka Kimetsu no Yaiba. The hashiras in this video are Tengen Uzui, Mitsuri Kanroji, Obanai Iguro, Kyojuro Rengoku, Gyomei Himejima, Sanemi Shinazugawa, Shinobu Kochou, Muichiro Tokito, Giyu Tomioka, and of course Tanjiro Kamado, and the Upper Moons are, Kokushibo, Hantengu, Zohakuten, Nakime, Kaigaku, Gyokko, Doma, Douma, Akaza, Daki and Gyutaro, and especially the demon slayers Yoriichi Tsugikuni and Michikatsu Tsugikuni.

In sengoku era , there were only 7 hashira with 7 main breathing techniques that were :
1.Sun Breathing : Yoriichi Tsugikuni
2. Water Breathing : Yusuke Mizuhara
3. Moon Breathing : Michikatsu Tsugikuni (Kokushibo)
4. Flame Breathing : Enjuro Rengoku
5. Thunder Breathing : Shin Kaminari
6. Stone Breathing : Kazuyoshi Iwamato
7. Wind Breathing : Takeshi Hayate

At that time there wouldnt be a mist hashira because the breath of mist was made my muichiro who lived in the taisho era which is 500 years after the sengoku era.
I don't think Muchiro created mist breathing because if i remember correct Kokushibo said something about past Mist Pillars

Muichiro didnt create mist breathin, he only made his own 6th form of mist breathing in the fight against kokushibo

And Kokushibo managed to outlive them and kept his kimono intact, he is upper moon one for a reason.

My favorite are the thunder and wind hashira
Don’t forget the, Spectrum hashira which no one was able learn so it never got passed on. (Dual blade user probably closest we can get to current beast breathing + personality wise). The shadow hashira (Uzui Clan who was opposite of current uzui and very reserved). The Phoenix Hashira a deviant of flame breathing just like love (she was also very similar in personality to mitsuri). Lots of fun stuff. I wish they showed more of how these people lived. How they died and how they passed on their legacy’s through animation or manga.
When was a phoenix and Shadow hashira ever mentioned? Is this a headcanon or.
@@MinatoShitposts-mf8l I’m pretty sure they are not. Not entirely sure they 100% could be headcannon, i just haven’t done my research as i am new in the subject. They were both at the hashira meeting when ubayashiki told yoriichi to demonstrate sun breathing. They both couldn’t master it. The pheonix hashira was saved by enjuro rengoku, thus seeking him out and learning her own modified breathing techniques. Shadow hashira was a ninja if i remeber correctly, doing dirty work until the current master told him to come to HQ and mixed ninjutsu with breathing techniques. The only one not mentioned in any manga i’m pretty sure was the spectrum hashira like i said earlier which is the closest i can imagine to beast breathing. Sorry for my lack of info.
