After each episode I can sense that KINO and JINJIN are becoming even stronger as hosts!! I always had the impression all Monsta X were like this, but I.M. is so different and it surprised me. Im listening to his album now and its so good too, i understand why Jinjin and Kino like it so much.
As a Monbebe, I thoroughly enjoyed JinJin and Kino. They really took time with Kyun and you can tell that they respect Monsta X a lot. This warms my heart bc the public sleeps on them. I feel like I’ve never watched an interview with just Changkyun so it was interesting to see how insecure he is. I never really knew this... I just assumed he was really confident. I’m happy for this interview because I developed a new appreciation for him. I’ve been a monbebe for 5 years and I feel like I learn something new about the members every day
I.M is so likable!!! I only ever saw him from photos and MVs so I really didn’t know he has an unexpected cute side!! Also, the point he made about not defining yourself as one thing was said really nicely (25:08). I feel like I can empathize with him very well. Gonna check out his album hehe~
i LOVE when artists interview other artists. this conversation about music styles, unique color, the challenges of balancing creativity and public perception... you wouldn’t get this otherwise. this is far more meaningful and interesting imo
* this also reminds me that the most music - artist question i’ve probably ever heard from a regular interviewer is “what’s your inspiration?” and every artist i’ve seen says the same thing, “everything” and that may seem like a cop-out answer, but if you’re an artist yourself, you’ll get it. if you’re always thinking about your craft (i.e. songwriting) then everything around you automatically becomes inspiration. and these interviews among their peers is where you’d actually delve deeper, and it’s just simply amazing to listen to.

I am not familiar with the mcs (I know Astro and Pentagon's music tho) but I really liked them. They were teasing Chang in such a friendly fun way, and they made him feel comfortable, not pushing him to do anything he dislikes of feels pressure with. Ah, I'd wished all mcs were like this. Loved it!
they've known each other for years. kino and jinjin went to high school together, they share a lot of stories on this podcast. They know everyone, since the kpop community is so tight knot

From the comments, I wanted to say that part of the reason Changkyun is more comfortable than he usually is is because Monsta X and Astro are actually all kind of friends! Changkyun, well when I attended one of their concerts, he seemed so genuine and sweet. He may be very quiet and smooth with his words, but he has the kindest heart honestly. He is doing great in his career, he may not see it, but he truly is. Were all here to support him, and Monsta x. ❣️He just needs a giant hug and reassurance that he doing extremely well. Proud of this cutie, keep going changkyun, proud monbebe❤️

At first i just considered him the biasrecker but he slowly but surely rept his way into my heart. And ngl, his resent transformation for their "love Killa"era, really was the tip of the ice berg. this man is GORGEOUS!

As an international fan i see Monsta X as worldwide artists not just kpop idols. I.M. did great expressing who he is as an artist in Duality. He took a risk but kept it honest which i highly respect his work.

I'm so happy I.M could talk about his album and himself comfortably and since he was with his friends it made everything more natural and genuine. i LOVE when artists interview other artists. this conversation about music styles, unique color, the challenges of balancing creativity and public perception... you wouldn’t get this otherwise. this is far more meaningful and interesting imo
* this also reminds me that the most music - artist question i’ve probably ever heard from a regular interviewer is “what’s your inspiration?” and every artist i’ve seen says the same thing, “everything” and that may seem like a cop-out answer, but if you’re an artist yourself, you’ll get it. if you’re always thinking about your craft (i.e. songwriting) then everything around you automatically becomes inspiration. and these interviews among their peers is where you’d actually delve deeper, and it’s just simply amazing to listen to.

I am not familiar with the mcs (I know Astro and Pentagon's music tho) but I really liked them. They were teasing Chang in such a friendly fun way, and they made him feel comfortable, not pushing him to do anything he dislikes of feels pressure with. Ah, I'd wished all mcs were like this. Loved it!

Another superb episode of Unboxing! Jinjin and Kino are both good on making their guest feel comfortable and they really know how to give their thoughts after someone made his comment.
