As a child when you came out of the Sujatha theatre in Cochin, you carry home the sufferings of those kids even though they get a reprieve at the end of the film due to deft police officer played by Prem Nazir. Indeed! I had heard this song when I was a child and the initial couple of lines stayed with me. Now after about three decades, this song came to my memory when my wife and myself were discussing good old songs and as we were watching this song on TH-cam, the tune and scenes brought back nostalgic lilting memories of childhood and led me to tears of ecstasy.
