I wish that the whole soundtrack for this movie is available on spotify. Despite how people feel about spotify, it's my primary source of music. I discovered this movie last year, and it intrigues me because the soundtrack is S tier and it had Ewan McGregor before Moulin Rouge, Toni Collette before Hereditary and Christian Bale before American Psycho.

The movie is a mess, sure, but it’s an amalgamation of all of the drug infused partying that happened in that era and within that lifestyle. It’s more a musical experience than a cohesive story, almost like a fever dream brought to life on the big screen. You certainly have to approach it in a different way to most films. It’s obviously not for everyone, but I think there is a lot to be appreciated.

In a way it's actually a great movie. Yes, you need to be of a certain age and watch it in a certain setting, but it sure can make an impact.
