I so enjoyed watching your reaction, you did it perfectly by watching the parody first, the official mv and kept the live performance for last. Even though I’ve seen the live performance hundreds of times and new what was coming next, I laughed and got excited as you got overwhelmed with his performance. I mean, not many can pull off getting a huge crowd to react like they did just by him taking his glasses off and the crowd go wild again when he opens his eyes. This song is a masterpiece performed by a genius performer.
The guitarist’s name is Justin, you will see him and his band in many BIGBANG live performances.
The best parody imo is Secret Garden with Daesung’s iconic part “the smell”. Daesung’s stage name in Japan is D-Lite. If you decide to focus on him next please be sure to react to his live solo performance in Japan with the song “Anymore”, it brings me to tears every time. It’s a fan favorite as well. There is also his famous official mv “Look at Me Gwisoon” which GD created on the spot as you saw in your previous reaction.

I'm always impressed when someone shows that they're the whole package..they can do a good song but when they perform it they're just as good or better and he was that 110%.
If that performance was any longer my heart would have probably given out🤭.

I love their parodys so much. They did so many of them back then and it was always so amusing to watch them just have fun with it. To this day, "Secret Garden" is my favorite due to Daesung's iconic performance and watching them live react to their own parody on stage was hilarious.
Also, TOP is my mom's bias. I've exposed her to kpop for years and in BIGBANG - and probably all of kpop - she adores TOP the most. Some outsiders to the fandom call him weird, but honestly he's so fun and just really cool when performing. He's the reason why it's the blueprint to have a deep-voiced rapper in most kpop groups.
Go mom! TOP really is amazing..I find his whole vibe interesting..his clothes..his voice..so far I find him really cool.

1. I love how his Fan got to share the stage with him
2. They only had like 2 hrs to rehearse and arrange that performance but still the performance that they gave was just unbelievable... till date it's the most watched act of Korean TV show speaks for itself.

BIG BANG were the only ones who did these paraidies.... like this of famous K drama. Secret Gqrden was the best. If you have seen the original, you will love it Some of the other group members are Actors also like TOP, although more in line with K Drama's, TOP is a Movie Actor. Than a series, show etc...His Solo songs are so good. His rap is so good but what he says in his raps and how he show's us his Artist side,if you know the lyrics are just WOW...........He is our T.O.P. no one else like him.
Ahhh..I'll try to watch more of their parodies..sadly..I can't watch the videos with subs yet so I'm sure I'm missing everything that's going on that would make me appreciate it even more but I'll work on it so I can enjoy both the song and the meaning.

Ahh TOP kissed everyone in BigBang. You have to see the Secret Garden parody 😅. Is supper funny . Daesung's evil mother in law is legendary . TOPs Doom Dada is based on an art movement Dadaism started after WW1 in Europe as artists were trying to deal with war trauma .

T.O.P. is a gem, and we've only seen one proper solo of him with this song. I would have love for him to have a solo album, and see his full artistry. To this day, I haven't seen any K-Pop artist or idol that can compare or top his level of performance. Pun intended. I miss him so much, and the rest of BIGBANG.

Ohh my... I loved your reaction so much. I have seen these performances like dozens of times but I enjoyed your spontaneous reaction so, so much!! Like you I always had a soft spot for TOP and still have I must say - he is weird, quirky, unserious, in all the good ways, but above all a stage charisma and command that you cannot find so easily in artists. Act like nothing is wrong was a song that was written about an ex girlfriend he had before he joined BigBang (or around that time). At some point he stopped performing it in respect to the fact that she got married and if I am not mistaken this was the last time he performed it (and he hadn't performed it in a.long time). You might also want to watch older performances of this song with different arrangements and also with a more dramatic interpretation (his acting side coming more to the interpretation it self). Enough about him... 😂 The amazing thing you will enjoy with solos is that you just bumped into a group of five Huge artists that can individually command audiences and stand on their own and still be hugely successfull. That is who they are and they are so different from one another, yet they work masterfully as a group!! ❤ Enjoy this discovery because you just fell down the rabbit hole with them!!! 😂❤
