Check his pathetic strike rate, playing for himself. Every Pak batters are putting a conscious effort on their strike rate, rizwan isn’t. He won’t survive international. NZ series prime example. Just accept he’s a flawed batsmen and isn’t willing to improve

Matthew Wade wasn’t highest but he’s a world champion. Wonder why? Because they play for the team with high strike rates and provide impact. Rizwan has 0 impact for his runs, empty stats. Hes selfish and isn’t willing to improve his range of shots, thus remaining average as a t20 opener in international cricket as of recent
@@neverendingjourney. we lost t20 world cup semi Final against Australia because of rizwan‘s pathetic innings scoring 67 runs with a strike Rate of 128 as a opener. If he had played with a higher strike Rate on that day like Fakhar did, than our bowlers might had been able to defend the Target. So all criticism for his selfishness is completely justified. Even babar gave up his opening slot to give someone with a higher Strike Rate the Chance to make full use of the powerplay. But selfish rizwan was not willing to do that

The first Qualifier will be played between Multan Sultans & Peshawar Zalmi. Multan might look a stronger and more complete team, but I must tell that Peshawar actually have a very good chance to beat Multan in this Qualifier 1, espacially if Multan goes with 4 pacers. Whether Peshawar is batting first or chasing, they only must make sure that their batters plays the last 30 balls & not tail-enders. On the other side Islamabad United have also a very dangrous batting line up and might cruise through to the final. So far only individual talents, our weakest department is fielding at international level and we can see same issue in PSL. Veeru made 300 against Pakistan in 2004 and he got 6 chances. Kamran Amal was behind the stumps, I’m not saying against anything veeru, every great player takes advantage of chance and it’s part of game but we still consider kamran a great player. There are so many other players who are, were not good fielders. We should work on fielding like as bowling and batting because it’s also a special department. Honestly we’re far behind than other teams and they are more professional than us. We have ego issues, our current players don’t want to talk about their issues with our greats
