With regard to the Feedback Removal I had the situation last week where someone left a negative saying I had mis-sold the item with regard to size (which wasn't right), but she also said she was still waiting for me to issue a returns label. I replied to the negative and told her she could still return the shoes and that I offer Free Returns. A few days later she returned the shoes, literally within a few minutes of me refunding her eBay removed the negative. So, yes, if you offer Free Returns, which I do on every item in my store, you are definitely protected.
When I first noticed mive to 4 days for offers rang ebay got pushed to 4 people before no can't change, so now send an offer on item anyone else who watches can't send offers for 4 days sucks
I had a neg feedback after the buyer tried to swap their broken item for my brand new item. I offered full refund for return of goods. buyer refused offer of full refund contacted eBay but wouldn’t remove as they said buyer was unhappy
