Fun Temu haul! I enjoy untangling jewelry. In fact, years ago when my sisters visited, they used to bring their Saran Wrap for me to untangle. My husband has to watch his carbs too. When he's desperate for pasta, we use Carbo-Nada, a reduced carb pasta. It's not the same as traditional pasta, but it's not bad! Amazon, of course! We lived in Milano for four years back in the late 80's with my husband's job. Quite the adventure!

Yes, Betty! I’ve been trying to take them but nothing’s working. I was just telling someone else on here that joe sent me a link that cholesterol is actually something. The brain needs and 40 years ago or however, many years ago what we considered normal cholesterol back, then is now considered high and that the brain needs to function without cholesterol. We have tendencies of acquiring Alzheimer’s at a young age. Just something to think about.

I learned that when you're going through menopause your cholesterol naturally is high, no matter what your diet is like. I just learned this yesterday.
That’s interesting Natasha, because my husband just sent me a link that cholesterol is something. The brain needs in order to function and that years ago high cholesterol was not something to worry about, but something we needed. Without cholesterol, you have a tendency of getting dementia and Alzheimer’s. It was very eye-opening. Had high cholesterol since I was 22. And I’ve been suppressing it by taking statins more than half my life. Now I’m a little concerned about coming down with Alzheimer’s because of it. Definitely something to think about.

I’m diabetic and my A1c was way up and I was prescribed selmaglutide and after getting past the horrendous side effects I have lost 3.5. stones and I feel great my bloods are still off a bit but I’m getting there ❤❤😊😊
