I started a channel out of appreciation for others like yourself lending a hand to folks like me. My channel is more the hands on. I’m in a busy market and do well with Google and referrals, not paying anything for software although I’m looking into it. I offer General Pest, Termites , exclusión, i do Pre Demolition inspection and certification, termites inspection and remediation for real estate deals. Thanks for sharing numbers , my goal is 1 Million in annual revenue by 39 month . I’m at $410k in 18 months started the business we only offer general pest services at monthly service avg $75 . Currently have 455 customer . I like bundle idea 👍. I’m out of So Cal .
If I recall, this video is specifically going over the startup of the solo operator, if you want to break it down further just subtract about 25% off the NOI
They’re on auto draft same day each month, we use strip which integrates with GorillaDesk and makes this super easy. I can break this down in a future video as well!
So if someone signs up on a quarterly plan with you. You always like to charge them monthly instead of just every quarter? If you charge monthly isn’t that not as good because they’re always seeing the same charge go though every month compared to once every 3 months?
You would think this, but people actually like the small monthly payment vs the larger every 3 months (that they often forget about). We also push for yearly payment and offer the monthly if they won’t go for the yearly.
The bundle mentioned in this yes we are out there every month for something. Some months just checking rodent stations real quick, other months there's 2-3 different services that need taken care of. But every month there is something. Not for a quarterly pest plan, two very different things

At the 29 min mark you mention you are out of the property every 4 weeks. How is that possible? Are you doing treatments monthly?
